Short Sword

This is such a badass. It was my final project in the old shop.

I forged this short sword from a semi leaf spring. The steel is 5160 and the blade is 18". It has an integral bolster and guard. The stacked leather handle and mild steel pommel give this short sword an overall length of almost 24".

Bushcraft, a conversation starter, or zombies. This beaut is perfect for any of that. 

If you manage to break this shortsword, you were either doing something either incredibly stupid, or you're going to have one helluva story. There is no in-between. 

*The edge is sharpened at 30°.

**This comes with the hand tooled 7-8oz leather sheath.
