Serbian Chopper

There's nothings fancy about this one. It's a knife that's made to be used.

The 6.75" blade is made from 1080 spring steel, and the handle is paduk.

I must point out that this is not a cleaver. It has a very fine edge, and chopping into bone, even chicken bones, can chip the edge. This is a kitchen knife meant for meal prep.

*The edge is sharpened at 20°.
