Kitchen Chopper

This chopper is made from 1080 spring steel. The cutting edge is 6", and the overall length is a little under 10.5". The handle is cocobolo. 

This is a chopper, not a cleaver. This blade is meant more for meat and veggies, not for hammering through bone. 

The edge is sharpened at 20°, and it comes with the leather sheath.
