Hand Forged Fillet Knife

This 8.75" fillet is forged from 15n20 high carbon steel. The overall length is a little under 14". For the length of the blade, it has some decent flex to it, almost 45°.

The handle is purple heart. 

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.

**This comes with a leather sheath.
