Fillet Knife

Being humble, my fillet knives are good.  Being honest, they're fricking awesome. 

This fillet knife is forged from 15n20.  The blade is a little over 7", the overall length is a little over 11.25", and it has a flex of about 30°.   The handle is kirinite, which is an acrylic compound that doesn't get slippery.  It is some fantastic stuff.  Blood, guts, slime, gristle, the knife stays put in your hand.  You can do trout, catfish, and walleye with having to worry about losing your grip on the knife.

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.
