Fillet Knife

Being humble, my fillet knives are good. Being honest, theyre fricking awesome. 

This fillet knife is forged from 15n20. The blade isa little under 6.5", and the overall length is a little over 11". The handle is paduk. 

I leave the wood handles with a natural finish using beeswax and mineral oil. This allows you to be able to actually hold onto it when it gets wet. Handles with some kind of varnish slip and slide with the slightest of moisture. Mine have no varnish. 

The blade is a has a moderate flex of about 30°. This one would be great for walleyes. 

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.
