Drop Point

The 5.5" blade is 52100 steel and was hammered out of a train ball bearing. The handle is dyed spalted tamarind with a brass bolster, giving an overall length of 10".  Perfect for an everyday carry, or great for a hunting knife.  The tip will pop a deer pelvic and not even flinch.

With every single hunting or EDC knife I make, I test the tip.  I have a chunk of wood I stab the blade into and then rock it back and forth.  If the tip snaps, it gets tossed off to the side.  This knife survived.  You can comfortably pop a pelvic with this knife and not have to worry about losing the tip.

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 25°.
