Damascus Santoku

This one really surprised me when I pulled it out of the acid.

The blade is a random pattern 68 layer Damascus.  The blade is 7.25", and the spalted tamarind handle gives an overall length of 12". A tad bit blade heavy, it feels great in the hand.

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.
