Damascus Fillet Knife

This 6.5" fillet knife was forged from ball bearing canister Damascus. The purple heart handle gives an overall length of just under 11.25".

The blade is on the slightly stiffer side with a flex of about 20°.

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.
