Damascus Fillet Knife

This one will be quite the flex when you pull it out. 

The 7" blade is 141 layer twisted Damascus with a 45° flex. The Bolivian rosewood handle gives an overall length of 11.5".

With this knife, you'll be able to fillet at least 25-30 walleye or field dress, clean, and quarter a deer before the edge needs to be touched. 

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.
