Chefs Knife

Forged from an old 1937 Ford leaf spring, this is a chefs knife that'll hold an amazing edge. 

The blade measures in at 7", and the overall length is 11.5". The handle is wood with a natural finish using beeswax and mineral oil. Sadly, I'm not sure what kind of wood it is. I got a box of mystery handle material, and nothing was labeled. I think it might be apple wood, but I'm just guessing at that. 

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.

**This knife comes with a hand tooled 7-8oz leather sheath.
