Chefs Knife

I forged this chefs knife from an old leaf spring. The blade is a little over 8", and the black ash burl handle gives an overall length of almost 12.75".

I like to leave the brute de forge finish because it's proof that this was hand forged, not machine stamped. This one feels fantastic in the hand, and the balance just in front of the ricasso. 

*The cutting edge is sharpened at a 20°.

**This comes with a hand tooled leather sheath.
